A wonderful day

The cheerful chirping of birds heralded a new day.The golden sun cast its warmth all around.My mother wake me up.We have our breakfast at the Coffee City.Then,we went to the library to borrow some books for my two little sister and me.When we finished borrowing,I went to the scanner to scan the b00k.My mother said that she wonder weather can she stay here for a week.

In the afternoon,I do homework on the dining table as it is too hot to be in the room.I do it while watching the television.

At night,I went for a swim.My father went to help others tuition.When I finished swimming,My mother bring us to have our dinner while waiting for father to drive us back home.

It was a happy day for me.

Kyle's birthday

It was Kyle's birthday.Kyle was very happy as his mother had bought him a pair of skates as a present.Mother also warned Kyle against skating on his own until she bought him the safety gears.He must also have enough practise.However,Kyle refused to listen to his mother.

Kyle put on his skate and went to the ground floor to skate.The later went to the park for a change.Kyle kept falling down.After falling for a few times,he started holding on to the handrail.Kyle was alone and scared.He knew that he did not have enough practise.Kyle let go of the handrail when he was sure that he could skate steadily.He started skating on the pavement and a cyclist crossed his path.Kyle did not know how to stop his skates.He collided into the bicycle.

He did not have his safety gears on and hence injured himself badly.Kyle's knee was bleeding profusely and there was a lump growing on his head.When he went back home,his mother scolded and punished him.Kyle's skate was confiscated for a month.Kyle regretted disobeying his mother.

a dream

One day,Mary had a dream.She dreamt that she was standing on the clouds.A few birds were flying around her.She decided to run across the rainbow but it seemed never-ending.However,Mary was patient enough to continue the walk.Nearing the other end of the rainbow,Mary saw a golden pot.In it was a lot of gold.She wanted to take them but she woke up from her dream because she did not dare to touch it.

Mary felt sad as she had not finished the dream.Before she could finish it,her dream was shattered.

CAUGHT IN THE RAIN

One day,Jane was walking home from school.She was almost reaching her house when raindrops started to fall like thousand silver needles.Jane did not bring her umbrella.She started running very quickly as she did not want to be caught in the rain.

While running,she fell down,injuring her right knee.It was bleeding profusely.Jane started crying as it was very painful.Picking herself up,she limped home slowly.Once home,Jane's mother found out that her knee was injured.She took her a towel for Jane to dry herself and cleaned up her wounds.She was shivering so her mother make some hot coffee for her to drink.She started to cry in pain while her mother finally bandaged her knee.

The next day,Jane's mother brought her to consult a doctor.Jane was wearing a jacket as she had caught a cold.Jane learnt a lesson which was to bring an umbrella with her no matter where she goes in case of yet another heavy downpour.

a day at grandma's house

It was a bright and sunny morning.The warm sun shone from a blue sky.White ,fluffy clouds were floating in the sky.Birds were chirping merrily and a cool breeze was blowing.The trees were swaying gently in the breeze.

I woke up late in the morning.My mother told me to take a bath.Then,she will bring me to the void deck to meet my cousin.We headed towards"The Coffee City"to eat.Me and my sister ordered two plates of fried rice to eat while my mother ordered fish noodle.My youngest sister makes me so angry that I felt like killing her.My cousin only ate a curry o' puff because she is going to eat when she goes to my grandmother's house.After eating ,we walked over the bridge to board the bus to my grandmother's house.We went up for a while and we came down to the see-saw to play.After that,we went up to take the ping-pong paddle and the ball.My cousin hit the ball and then I hit.When my aunt came,we pleaded her to bring us to her house.She had no choice but to promised us.

As the day turned into night,my aunt then brought us to her house.Her house is so big and beautiful.We started running about.Night falls,we went back home.
